Shipping policy
We offer free UK delivery on all order for mainland UK. In most cases, we use a next working day delivery service Monday to Friday. However as the couriers collect from us Monday-Friday at varying times of the afternoon, we state 1-2 working days for delivery.
All our deliveries are fully tracked however It is really important that you check your address details before submitting your order. If your address details are entered incorrectly, we cannot take any responsibility for any lost products that are delivered to the wrong address.
As our deliveries are fully tracked, you will have a window of opportunity to make changes to your delivery directly with the courier. In order to be able to do this, please be sure to enter your email address at checkout in order to receive the live tracking details.
When you receive the tracking details, you will be able to make small amendments such as change the date or leave in a safe place. The information provided by you to the courier will become a direct agreement between you and the courier.
If your delivery has not arrived within 3 working days, please contact the courier first using the tracking information provided. Couriers generally prefer to speak directly with the receiver rather than the sender. If after contacting the courier your item does still not arrive, please contact us at hello@thirdrockenergy.co.uk quoting your order number and tracking number.
Other UK regions enjoy the same shipping policy however the lead time will be 3-5 working days days
All mainland European deliveries will incur a delivery charge which will be displayed at the checkout page. For orders outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for paying any VAT and duty charges so please check the rates for your country before making your purchase. All deliveries sent outside of the UK will be fully tracked however the number of days it will take to deliver your order can vary. Please wait at least 10 days before contacting us.
