Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible to hello@thirdrockenergy.co.uk

If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and process a refund the same day. The time it takes for your refund to arrive will be dictated by the payment provider and not by Third Rock Energy.

If your item has already shipped, we will ask you to accept the delivery and arrange to return your item to us. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 1 working day of receiving the item. Please do not reject the delivery as this can take up to 2 weeks to arrive back with us meaning your refund will be delayed. We recommend using Parcels2go for your return as all their services are tracked and does not require a signature on receipt.
