I have only used it twice but it works fine. Happy with the power control which allows you to regulate it output. Also , good customer service, I initially bought a shorter length but was able to get a refund and I got a longer length which is more practical for my area

Having spent many hours of searching for a safe portable EV charger I was pleased to find Third Rock Energy who are UK based and with decent Trust Pilot ratings. Product safety was my primary requirement and with built in RCD protection this ticked all boxes. I was happy to pay a little bit more and a 2 year warranty is also nice to have. I was pleased with the ordering process and my product arrived the next day.

I am a new first time EV owner and needed a portable charger for occasional use when I visit family. For me safety comes first and having looked at reviews for many products where customers spoke about melted plugs etc. I was pleased to find this charger. I was also looking for built in RCD protection which this offers. It appears to be easy to use and robust. I have yet to really try it out but so far so good and I would rather pay a little bit more to get a reliable and safe product

Only used a couple of times but seems to work as expected, looks decent quality and has important safety features such as open PEN protection.
My only niggle since reading the enclosed manual is that it suggests a wall bracket to hold the car plug is part of the manufacturer’s package - it would be nice to have this but to be fair, it wasn’t advertised as having one.
