Three phase 22kW EV charging cables are a versatile and future proof solution. They are compatible with both three phase and single phase charging stations, and allow you to receive the maximum output from each type of EV station.

When using a 3 phase charge point, this powerful EV cable will allow you to receive the full 22kW of charging power from the charge point and achieve super-fast charging of your vehicle (as long as your EV is able to receive 22kW). For single phase charging, this EV cable is still compatible, and will allow you to receive the maximum output on offer, whether that is 11kW, 7.4kW or 3.6kW. This is because the EV cable supports a maximum output of 22kW but it also supports lower outputs of 11kW, 7.4kW and 3.6kW, meaning that wherever you are, you'll always be able to use your EV cable and achieve the maximum output available.

Three phase cables are designed for use anywhere you can access an EV charging station. When using public charging stations with a three phase supply, these cables will usually charge your vehicle seven times faster than a UK 3 pin plug-in charger and three times faster than a 7.4kW single phase cable. However, this will depend on the type of vehicle you own.

Please note: This EV cable connects an electric vehicle to a charging point. It is not an extension cable, and therefore it cannot be used to extend from another cable.

Type 2 Vehicles – These vehicles will have 7 connection points.
