New to EV charging, but this cable has made it very simple. Have access to a 3ph outlet at work. Just plug the cable in and the cable takes care of everything. Simple to order, fast delivery and when I had a typical "newbie" question, the customer care response was excellent.

I bought this charger as an emergency back-up should my home charge-point fail or I am nowhere near a public charge-point. The charger is certainly a quality product. The cables are very good quality, as is the Type 2 plug, the main charging unit and even the carry case it came in. I've tested it once so far and it's very easy to use and gives all of the information on the display that you need. I love the fact that it even gives you a 5-hour delay timer, which is good for time of use electric tariffs, So far so good and a very useful, quality, piece of equipment for my EV (a VW ID.4).
